In, October 2013 I managed to break my heel and was committed to a cast for 12+ weeks and not allowed to put any weight on my foot! We decided that having someone to help keep the house clean whilst I was off my feet would be a good idea and it was! I found Dustdees on the University of Reading's handy people's website. Denise came over within 24 hours and did a very thorough survey - having never had a cleaner before this was helpful because I could say what was important to me to have done each week, what needed to be done every other week etc. and within a couple of days we had our cleaner! It's been one of the best decisions we've made and helped me cope with a very frustrating period - everyone from Dustdees is professional and helpful. Having previously worked with a large national company we wanted to find a local supplier to take over the school contract and Dustdees were recommended to us. I write with reference to the service that has been provided by Dustdees. I have been using the services of Dustdees for a couple of months now and find them all friendly and efficient. They are organised and capable. I have found that I am able to do some parts of the work and then add in other things like cleaning the fridge without any problem at all. I can be specific in what I require them to do and it's done without discussion. I am quite happy to leave the cleaner here and go out, finding upon my return that the house is lovely and clean and everything is locked up as it should be.
